95: Cultivating Wellbeing with Doug Sullivan

We’ve talked about wellbeing a lot on this podcast, but how do we actually work toward it, especially from a career standpoint? Good news! Doug Sullivan is here to help! Becky and Ashleyne pepper Doug with questions about how to figure out what’s within your control to change and what isn’t, how to cultivate a culture of wellbeing on your team, and how to assess what’s important to you and focus on it.

Doug lives outside Greensboro, NC, and works for Elanco Animal Health as a District Sales Manager. He holds an MBA from North Carolina State University and works with Edge Mentoring to help up-and-coming leaders grow into their potential in the workplace and in life.
