Dr. Chase Huotari joins Ashleyne and Becky to talk about all things leadership and coaching, including how to use Instagram to start helpful conversations with your coworkers, why it's important to know and understand yourself, and how to coach toward organizational growth.

Chase holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Indiana State University and a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in secondary education from the University of Indianapolis. Chase is also an avid CrossFitter, father of two fantastic girls, and a self-proclaimed leadership nerd.
